There is great leadership, good leadership and there is mediocre leadership, there is also bad leadership. Most of us have seen it all. Some of us had the privileges of transitioning between these states ( hopefully in the reverse direction to what is mentioned above ) . Lazying over this weekend I decided why not unravel with all of you some of the things that constitute the essence of leadership. We’ll only look at one idea per week and hopefully, over the next several weeks, we would have covered some of the most important ideas that we can distill into the Essence of Leadership. Some of these will attempt to demystify myths and some of them will address age-old stereotypes. So are you all buckled up? Let’s get going.
